ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan Celebrates First Anniversary with
“Gelora, Amplified: The First Chapter of Many”
Celebrating its first anniversary on April 22, 2025, ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan launched a series of “Road to 1st Anniversary” events under the theme Gelora, Amplified: The First Chapter of Many. This milestone was marked by various activities leading up to the grand celebration, with a strong focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a token of gratitude for the support received throughout the year. Through these initiatives, ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan aims to create a positive impact on the surrounding community, society, and environment.
Gelora, Amplified reflects the experience we strive to provide—giving back through meaningful activities while emphasizing three key aspects: social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and appreciation for our hotel guests who have supported us over the past year.
As part of its social commitment, ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan organized a blood donation drive titled A Drop Saves a Life on February 24, 2025. Held in the Citrayuda meeting room, this initiative welcomed participation from hotel employees and guests, in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Subang. The event successfully collected 60 blood bags to be distributed to those in need.
Continuing its social efforts, ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan hosted Survivors Talks & Iftar on March 11, 2025, in partnership with the Indonesian Childhood Cancer Foundation. Themed In Their Fight, We Stand, this event featured four inspiring speakers who shared their personal journeys of battling cancer:
Keyra Saski Muiz – Leukemia survivor
Fajri Fadillah – Blood cancer survivor
Peggy Amelia Nuraga – Mother of a blood cancer survivor
Ria Rosalia – Mother of a leukemia survivor
On March 20, 2025, ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan took a step toward environmental conservation by organizing Plant Mangroves Now, Green Future in collaboration with the Mangrove Indonesia Lestari Foundation. Held at PIK Mangrove Ecotourism in Jakarta, the initiative involved the handover and direct planting of 40 mangrove seedlings, contributing to a sustainable ecosystem.
In alignment with global sustainability efforts, ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan participated in Earth Hour on March 22, 2025. Partnering with Earth Hour Jakarta, the event followed this year’s theme, Biggest Hour for Earth, where lights were turned off from 20:30 to 21:30 WIB. Guests staying at the hotel were also invited to take part by lighting candles together in the lobby.
Further reinforcing its commitment to environmental and community well-being, ARTOTEL Gelora Senayan will host Jogging and Plogging on April 12, 2025. This activity combines fitness with environmental responsibility, as participants will collect litter while jogging around the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium ring road area. Approximately 150 participants are expected to join, guided by the Gofit community in the BLU Zone area.
Additional initiatives include Friday Blessings during Ramadan, featuring free meal distributions for those in need around the hotel’s vicinity. There will also be a friendly competition among hotel properties in Jakarta and its surrounding areas.
