A master of Japanese-style bartending, he excels at crafting truly timeless cocktails. An influential figure in the cocktail scene, Isaac consistently impresses us with his innovative creations.
In his special guest shift at The Writers Bar, Isaac will unveil a custom cocktail menu focusing on Código Tequila, beckoning guests on a journey through imaginative taste combinations. From the enlivening 'Earl's Paradise', blending Código Rosa, Earl Grey, Código agave syrup, orange liqueur, Fabbri Marendry bitter, and ginger, to the charming 'In a Pickle', a mix of Código 1530 Blanco, green apple liqueur, pickle juice, and 7 Cascine Prosecco, and the decadent 'Empress Eclipse', a perfect concoction of Código 1530 Reposado, Fernet-branca, Kahlua, and chocolate bitter.
