Savoring the Authentic Indonesian Cuisine at RASA by Collage, Pullman Jakarta Central Park
As a premium 5-star hotel in West Jakarta, Pullman Jakarta Central Park attracts a variety of travelers, from business professionals to international tourists, many of whom are highly fond of Indonesian cuisine.
Seeing this enthusiasm, Pullman Jakarta Central Park has innovated by launching RASA by Collage in October 2024, a casual fine dining restaurant that offers the authentic flavors of Indonesian cuisine.
Named after the Indonesian word for "flavor", RASA celebrates the rich and vibrant tastes of traditional Indonesian cuisine. The restaurant offers both a curated degustation menu and an a la carte selection, allowing guests to explore the essence of Indonesian culinary artistry in a way that suits their preferences.
The menus are thoughtfully curated to showcase a variety of Indonesian dishes, prepared using modern techniques while preserving the essence of Indonesia's rich culinary traditions.
One of the must-try dishes is their signature offering, a selection of traditional Javanese cuisine. Featuring seven delicious courses, these dishes are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, creating an enticing culinary experience. Highlights include Tempe Bacem and Asinan Bogor as appetizers, Sour Fish Soup, followed by main courses such as Iga Bakar Menara, Padang-style Chicken Curry (Gulai Ayam Padang), and Honey Grilled Prawns with Sambal Matah. For dessert, the menu is completed with Fried Banana with Cheese, providing a perfect ending to your dining experience. Each dish appears even more exquisite when served on Naruna Ceramics plates and bowls, meticulously handcrafted by dedicated local artisans who produce functional works of art
“We are very excited to introduce RASA by Collage,” said Sylvain Laroche, General Manager of Pullman Jakarta Central Park. “RASA will bring a new dimension to the culinary scene in West Jakarta, combining the richness of Indonesia’s culinary traditions with modern touches and the feel of casual fine dining.”
Coinciding with the celebration of National Batik Day on October 2nd, the soft launching event of RASA by Collage is also supported by Oemah Etnik, a batik and woven fashion brand created by local artisans. Align with Accor Hotels Group’s overarching theme KarnavALL Batik Indonesia, Pullman Jakarta Central Park and Oemah Etnik will arrange special batik-themed decorations in the RASA by Collage area, featuring Oemah Etnik's signature batik patterns.
