An Unforgettable Dining Experience With An Exceptional Dining Courses

Vong Kitchen and AMALFI Ristorante Italiano are proud to announce an exclusive chef collaboration event that will showcase the culinary talents of Chef de Cuisine Matthew Byk from Vong Kitchen and Executive Chef AMALFI Ristorante Italiano Marco Miglioli (2018 Michelin Star Chef). Taking place on Friday, 7th July 2023 starting at 6pm at Vong Kitchen, this event promises to be a unique and unforgettable dining experience.

Guests at the event will enjoy a specially curated menu featuring a range of dishes that highlight the chefs' expertise. The menu will include Waffle Panettone, a unique take on a classic Italian dish, as well as the popular Oyster Carpaccio. The Cold Tagliolini with Seaweed Butter, Scallops and Porcini Mushrooms will be a highlight of the evening, followed by a selection of mouth-watering Lamb dishes on the main course. The tasting menu is priced at IDR 900.000++/pax for a 5 course dish.

In addition to the exquisite menu, guests will be treated to an Italian wine pairing experience, supported by DSP Wine, featuring a selection of white and red wines. The white wines include Tenute Rosetti Chianti and Vigneti Del Vulture Moscato, while the red wine selection includes Poggio Civetta Governo All'Uso.

There will be another unforgettable dining experience event at AMALFI Ristorante Italiano by Chef Matthew Byk in collaboration with Chef Marco Miglioli, and will be the same ‘Tasting Menu’ on Wednesday, 26 July 2023 starting 6pm.

Enjoy delicacies such as Egg Toast, classic Jean Georges dish, cooked on a plancha to crisp up both sides, served with minced Chive and Dill and garnished with 5g of Caviar. The Tomato Salad using local Heirloom Tomatoes, dressed with a sesame vinaigrette, garnished with Basil, Chili, Radish, Flowers. And when din-din gets some love from warm Black Snapper Woku served with an Indonesian Broth called Woku. Broth uses Turmeric, Ginger, and Lemongrass with sauteed spinach and baby potato and you will have a happier time with a small trio classic dessert consisting of Molten Chocolate, Mango Panna Cotta, Mini Cheese Roll.
