Canton 108 at Senayan City, located on the LG Floor, is the latest culinary destination from the renowned Artisan Kuliner Group, officially opening its doors in mid-January. Following the successful launches of its sister outlets—Canton 108 at ASHTA District 8 and Canton 168 at Batavia PIK—this new branch continues to serve authentic modern Chinese cuisine with a unique twist.

Offering a no pork, no lard menu, the restaurant ensures that everyone can savour the authentic taste of modern Chinese cuisine, making it a standout choice for lovers of contemporary Chinese flavours.


The interior presents a modern blend of traditional Chinese elements and contemporary aesthetics, creating an inviting and stylish dining environment. Rich blue, orange, and gold hues dominate the decor, complemented by elegant lighting that enhances the restaurant’s warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed secluded seating areas offer added privacy and comfort, tucked away from public view for a more intimate dining experience. 


For special occasions or private gatherings, the restaurant also features a VIP room that can accommodate 10 to 30 guests, making it ideal for hosting exclusive and memorable social events.

One of the star exclusive dishes at Canton 108 Senayan City is the Dry-Aged Peking Duck with Signature Canton 108 Cut, served with classic accompaniments like pancakes, spring onion, and cucumber. This premium dish undergoes a meticulous dry-aging process for 5 to 6 days, resulting in incredibly tender, juicy, and smoky duck meat with no gamey smell—just pure flavour and refined texture. Adding to the experience, guests can choose an Optional Second Course using the remaining duck meat, which can be prepared as Black Pepper Duck, Ginger Onion Duck, or Duck Fried Rice, offering both variety and value in one standout dish.

Besides the duck dishes, they offer a range of signature beef dishes that highlight both premium ingredients and refined Chinese cooking techniques. One must-try is the Wagyu Hor Fun, featuring tender slices of wagyu beef served over savoury wide flat noodles and coated in a rich, thick sauce.

A standout is the Fried Pumpkin Dumpling with Black Truffle Pate, a beautifully crafted, pumpkin-shaped fried wonton filled with rich, savoury goodness that’s simply irresistible. Other must-try dim sum items include the delicate Crystal Grouper Dumpling with Fish Roe, the flavourful and texturally satisfying Crispy Prawn Cheong Fan, and the perfectly seasoned Deep Fried Salt & Pepper Har Gow.

A must-try is the Canton 108 Signature Almond "Tauhua", a silky almond pudding served with ginger syrup, palm sugar syrup, ginger foam, and a sprinkle of toasted kinako flour—creating a harmonious blend of warm, nutty, and aromatic flavours. For a lighter, refreshing option, the Jade Dew Melon is a perfect choice. Presented in a half-melon bowl, it features a delightful combination of melon mousse, cream, and chewy pearls.
