What Legacy Are We Building at Home?

Between busy schedules, high expectations, and the desire to give our children the best, everyday parenting can become a cycle of organising routines and solving problems. Finding time to pause, listen, and understand one another can feel like another challenge on an already full calendar.

This October, Global Sevilla School invites parents to make space for that connection through Love & Legacy, a strengths-based parenting seminar led by Dr. Asheena Baez. Taking place on Thursday, 22 October 2026, at the school’s Pulo Mas Campus, the morning offers an opportunity to reflect on how we parent and explore practical ways to build stronger family relationships.

A Morning to Connect, Reflect, and Learn

The experience begins with an Executive Breakfast from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, giving participants time to meet and connect before the seminar.

Dr. Baez, a leadership and wellbeing expert, educator, and CEO of Asheena Baez Consulting LLC, will then guide parents through an interactive masterclass exploring emotional intelligence, meaningful communication, and the balance between supporting children and encouraging their independence.

Through guided reflection and real-life parenting scenarios, participants will explore how to respond more thoughtfully to difficult moments, rebuild trust after conflict, and help children take responsibility as they grow.

One idea at the heart of the session is particularly relatable: helping our children does not always mean solving every problem for them. Sometimes, it means offering enough support for them to work through a challenge and discover what they can do for themselves.

Parents will have the opportunity to develop a personal Family Connection & Leadership Blueprint, turning insights from the session into actions they can practise at home.

Led by Dr. Asheena Baez, Love & Legacy is an English-language Strengths-Based Parenting Seminar taking place on Thursday, 22 October 2026, at Global Sevilla Pulo Mas Campus, Jl. Pulo Mas Jaya No. 1, Pacuan Kuda, Pulo Mas, Jakarta Timur. The morning begins with an Executive Breakfast from 8:00 to 9:00 AM, followed by the seminar from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
