Spanning two floors in the heart of Jakarta, the newest store in the country is a testament to the brand’s commitment to movement and community in Indonesia.

On, the Swiss premium sportswear brand, opened its largest store at Plaza Indonesia, marking a significant expansion of its retail footprint in the heart of the city. Located at the center of Jakarta’s vibrant business, culture and urban pulse, the store is poised to become the second home for the city’s growing community of runners and movers.

The Plaza Indonesia store is conceived as more than a retail space. It is an immersive experience where visitors can encounter On's design-led approach to performance, discover the latest innovations and connect with the communities that give movement its meaning in Jakarta.

Located on Levels 2 and 3 of Plaza Indonesia, the store offers a curated selection of footwear, apparel and accessories for running, training, outdoor, tennis and all-day movement. This reflects the dynamic lifestyle of modern movers who transition seamlessly from the road and the gym to work, travel and the spaces in between.

Drawing inspiration from Indonesia’s dramatic natural landscape, the store creates a dialogue between nature and engineering. Surfaces of dark lava stone and deep red textures, evoking geological force are set against the clean architectural lines and precise aluminium walls that reflect On's Swiss design heritage. Subtle, rattan-inspired textures add a layer of local warmth, balancing the industrial sharpness of metal and stone. The result is a space that feels raw but refined, bringing a sense of movement and flow into the retail experience.

The opening marks a major chapter in On's growth in Indonesia. To integrate into the city’s rhythm, the store will begin hosting community runs, athlete-led sessions, and other movement-focused experiences starting September 20th. These programmes are designed to create an open point of connection for both established runners and those just beginning to explore a more active way of living.
