MoreFood Expo Indonesia 2026 Officially Opens,
Becoming a Bridge Between Local F&B Businesses and International Markets
Indonesia’s Food & Beverage (F&B) industry continues to demonstrate positive growth, reaching 7–8% in 2026, positioning it as one of the most strategic sectors in Southeast Asia. With a market of more than 280 million people and significant export potential, access to quality suppliers, advanced technology, and innovation has become increasingly crucial for business players. In response to these industry demands, MoreFood Expo Indonesia 2026 officially opened today, Thursday (May 7), at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.
This international-scale exhibition is organized by Huamo Group in collaboration with Panorama Media. MoreFood Expo Indonesia 2026 is held synergistically alongside Café & Brasserie Expo and FLEI Business Show, creating a comprehensive F&B business ecosystem and partnership platform within one integrated venue. The exhibition was officially opened by Mr. KH Ma'ruf Amin, SH., M.Hum., Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2019–2024 period.
“MoreFood is not merely an exhibition, but a movement to create new opportunities and connect Indonesia’s F&B industry with the global market,” said Carrie Wang, General Manager of Huamo Group.
Serving as a bridge between Indonesia and the international market, MoreFood Expo Indonesia 2026 offers solutions for businesses that often face challenges in finding the right and efficient suppliers. Featuring more than 1,200 international and local suppliers, the exhibition provides an integrated sourcing platform covering food ingredients, packaging, food processing, ready-to-eat products, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
Several prominent local brands are also participating in the exhibition, including Brewell, PT Sosrait Satu Rantai, Best Fresh, Panda Food, Bogaraya, and many other leading brands.
“This exhibition serves as a trade bridge that enables two-way collaboration between Indonesia and the global market, creating mutually beneficial business opportunities,” said Wang Guo Ping, Founder and President Director of Huamo Group.
A similar view was shared by Wolfgang Qi, Chairman of the Guangdong Imported Food Association and President Director of Worldex China Exhibitions Co., Ltd.
“Indonesia holds enormous market potential, and MoreFood serves as an efficient and trusted platform that connects suppliers and buyers,” said Wolfgang.
In addition to the exhibition itself, the first day of MoreFood Expo featured various strategic activities, including business matching sessions aimed at building long-term business connections, as well as business conferences and seminars attended by industry practitioners, global manufacturers, and associations to discuss supply chain strategies, export-import opportunities, and product innovation. Product tasting sessions and live cooking demonstrations were also held to showcase the quality of products presented by exhibitors.
MoreFood Expo Indonesia will run until May 10, 2026, at JIExpo Kemayoran. Business owners, distributors, importers, and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) operators are invited to attend, explore thousands of innovative products, and discover the right supplier partners to scale their businesses.
