Pullman Jakarta Central Park Marks 13th Anniversary with a Culinary Journey Led by Chef Maxie Millian

For 13 years, Pullman Jakarta Central Park had consistently provided exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for its guests. Under the theme “Thriving Thirteenth,” the hotel, known for its distinctive pop art-inspired design, hosted a series of exciting events. One of the highlights was a collaboration with renowned Indonesian chef, Chef Maxie Millian. Widely recognized for his exceptional culinary expertise, Chef Maxie, who began his career in Saudi Arabia, had earned numerous accolades through his passion and creativity in the kitchen.

Flying in directly from Bali, Chef Maxie teamed up with Pullman Jakarta’s Executive Sous Chef, Chef Roni Irawan, to create three special dishes: Manadonese Catch of The Day, Roast Turkey Bumbu Bali, and Prime Ribs Kalio. These exclusive dishes were available for two days, on November 28-29, at the buffet section of Collage All Day Dining during both lunch and dinner. For IDR 308,000++, guests indulged in over 30 buffet items crafted by the chefs, including specialties from Chef Maxie.

Additionally, Accor Plus Members enjoyed an exclusive dinner at RASA by Collage featuring a degustation set menu crafted by Chef Maxie and Chef Roni on November 28th, 2024. For IDR 1,200,000++ per person, guests experienced a 7-course curated set menu that included Pumpkin Roa, Pacco Tuna, Heritage Rice, Lobster Tuturuga, Wagyu Kalio, STMJ, and the "Clean Your Palate" – a secret dish designed as a delightful surprise to conclude the meal.
