Ashley Hotel Group Honors Women with “Women-Free Day” Celebration

In celebration of Kartini Day, Ashley Hotel Group hosted a unique and meaningful event titled "Women-Free Day." This special initiative gathered 70 female employees from all hotel units and the head office, offering them a well-deserved break from daily operations to participate in an inspiring day of reflection and empowerment. Throughout the day, all hotel operations were handled exclusively by male employees.

This event served as a powerful symbol of appreciation for the vital role women play in the company’s operations and growth. It also stood as a modern-day tribute to the spirit of Kartini, Indonesia’s emblem of women’s empowerment. The event was filled with vibrant and inspiring activities aimed at personal growth and well-being.

The celebration featured an Inspirational Seminar by Vivi Erfianne, a Clinical Psychologist, who shared insights on how women can continue to grow while balancing professional and family roles.

Following this, a Health Seminar by Dr. Gita, an OB/GYN specialist, addressed the importance of hormonal health and stress management for working women.

The highlight of the day was a traditional Indonesian fashion show, where participants confidently showcased regional attire, celebrating cultural heritage and the pride of Indonesian womanhood.
