Voyage Resto & Bar Collaborates with Bongiovi Dish Creations to Launch Exclusive Fusion Menu
The fusion menu using Bongiovi pasta sauce offers 3 variants including Dad’s original, Marinara, and Arrabiata. The fusion menu features:
Javanese-Italian Noodle Mashup: Gratin fried chicken topped with Bongiovi Dad's original sauce, mozzarella cheese, and spices, served with stir-fried noodles.
Marinara Grilled Chicken Made in Bali: Roulade chicken with kwetiau noodles, served with Bongiovi marinara and a Balinese virginie lemongrass spicy sauce.
Bongiovi Dish Creations and Bongiovi Pasta Sauces, a household name synonymous with quality and flavor, is the brainchild of John Bongiovi, Sr., the father of renowned musician Jon Bon Jovi. The sauce's popularity has soared thanks to its exceptional taste and versatility.

The launch of the exclusive fusion menu was attended by special guests via Zoom, including Anthony M. Heinzelmann (CEO of RAYL Group/Bongiovi Brand Europe), and Ron Bumblefoot Thal (Co-Founder of Bumblefoot Chili Hot Sauce). Additionally, the fans of Bongiovi attended the event in person at Vertu Harmoni Jakarta.
The Fusion menu will be available, starting from 1 November. Guests can enjoy these delicious dishes à la carte at Voyage Resto & Bar after its launch.
