One of the best steakhouses in Jakarta, Sudestada Jakarta, will celebrate its fourth anniversary this month with a special event, Fiesta Latina, on Friday, 28 July 2023 from 5 PM onwards. Sudestada invites patrons to enjoy the celebratory party with amusing entertainment, such as live music performances by La Nuit & Raza Latina - a Latin band, a fun photo corner, and get a chance to win an exciting lucky draw.
Fiesta Latina will also be the moment to celebrate the success of one of Sudestada’s dining programs, Asado de Viernes. Held every Friday night since 28 April 2023, the Asado de Viernes is an eat-all-you-can program that has drawn much attention and enthusiasm from loyal and new customers. Since it started, Asado de Viernes has been fully booked every week, with hundreds of eager patrons booking seats since it was launched.
Guests can join the special Fiesta Latina party for IDR 500,000++ per person, including Asado de Viernes, a bottle of beer, and a glass of Sangria. Sudestada encourages guests to book their tickets to secure a memorable Latin night.

Behind Sudestada’s Success
Sudestada’s success cannot be separated from Victor Taborda’s talent as the executive chef. Born and raised in Argentina in the small town of Neuquen, on the North end of Patagonia. Victor grew up assisting his father in the family steakhouse, honing his culinary skills by preparing meals for his siblings. Fueling his love for cooking, he furthered his culinary journey at the prestigious Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia in Buenos Aires. Along his path, Chef Victor had the privilege of working alongside renowned three-Michelin-starred chef Dani Garcia at Tragabuches Restaurant in Malaga. With his expertise expanding, he assumed the role of Executive Chef at La Veranda Restaurant in the exquisite Ritz-Carlton Marbella.
