ARYADUTA Lippo Village Marks 32 Years with Continued Enhancements for the Future
As September approaches, ARYADUTA Lippo Village (ALV) is set to mark its 32nd anniversary since first opening its doors in September 1994. For more than three decades, the four-star hotel in Lippo Village, Tangerang, has been part of countless stays, celebrations, business gatherings, and memorable moments for guests and the surrounding community.
Reaching this milestone is not only an opportunity to reflect on ALV’s journey, but also to look ahead. As guest needs and expectations continue to evolve, the hotel is progressively enhancing various areas and facilities to create an environment that is more comfortable, functional, and relevant for today’s travellers.
The enhancement programme is being carried out progressively from 2026 through 2027, covering selected guest rooms and villas, the hotel lobby, public areas, dining venues, and meeting and event facilities. These improvements form part of a long-term plan to maintain and elevate the quality of the property while ensuring that guest comfort remains a key consideration throughout the process.
Among the ongoing enhancements is the retiling of the hotel swimming pool, scheduled from 3 August until 31 October 2026. The pool is targeted to reopen following completion of the works. During this period, guests can continue to enjoy the Lagoon Pool at ARYADUTA Country Club (ACC), which has long been a favourite recreational facility among ALV guests.
The enhancement journey also extends beyond the hotel’s buildings and facilities. One of the qualities that has long distinguished ALV is its spacious and green surroundings.
As part of the hotel’s continued landscape programme, planting and landscaping improvements are being carried out progressively across the property. Maintaining and enriching these green spaces remains an important priority, reflecting ALV’s commitment to preserving the natural character that has become an integral part of the guest experience over the years.
