MDA Restaurant Group is proud to announce its partnership with Saab Shares, a renowned social initiative, to launch the Dream Catcher’s Project: MDA X Saab Shares. This collaborative effort, set to debut on Saturday, 2 November 2024 at Wabi-Sabi from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, aims to blend the elegance of fine dining with a deeper mission: giving back to the community, one meal at a time.

Dream Catcher’s Project is an embodiment of hope and empowerment, offering an exclusive menu experience curated to captivate culinary enthusiasts while making a meaningful impact. At the heart of this initiative lies a shared commitment to uplifting underprivileged communities through innovative projects and community-driven actions. MDA Restaurant Group has pledged to allocate 20% of every menu purchase across its outlets to support Saab Shares’ education programs, which focus on empowering children from marginalized communities with essential learning resources and opportunities.

Through this partnership, MDA Restaurant Group will contribute to Saab Shares’ Education Program, which provides holistic education to underprivileged children through free-ofcharge schools. The program offers tailored learning plans, mentorship, and characterbuilding activities, skill training, helping these children access the quality education they deserve and paving the way for a brighter future.

Each of MDA’s signature restaurants presents a thoughtfully crafted menu designed to delight guests while supporting a meaningful cause:

● Animale: Indulge in a selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, from the classic Tuscany Pasta with chicken harissa to the Slow Cooked Wagyu Shank served with freshly puffed pita, and finish with the delicate Sfogliatelle dessert. 

● Carbon: Explore the rich flavors of Latin-inspired cuisine, featuring highlights like Grilled Mexican Street Corn, the flavorful Shrimp & Akagai Ceviche, and the decadent Crème Brulee for dessert. 

● Ironplate: Embark on a culinary journey with the Autumn Omakase, a refined tasting experience featuring unique dishes like Lava Floss (dry-aged beef floss with shoyu egg), the luxurious Foie Gras Tart, and the elegant Tête de Moine. 

● Wabi-Sabi: Discover Japanese-inspired artistry with options such as Truffle Chawanmushi with snow crab, Snow Crab Temari, and a choice between Steamed Red Snapper or the rich Braised Wagyu Shank. 

● Aged + Butchered: Perfect for sharing, this menu offers a selection of prime cuts including 21D Nuruk Aged Kainomi, Wagyu Picanha, and USDA Prime T-Bone, complemented by the signature Strawberry Shortcake for dessert.

The Dream Catcher’s Menu will be available in all participating MDA restaurants from 2 November to 2 December 2024, allowing guests to indulge in a culinary experience that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also contributes to a greater cause.
