Recognised for his innovative approach to mixology and his dedication to honouring Indonesian culture, Pius Hadimore will offer an exclusive cocktail experience filled with Indonesia's rich indigenous ingredients.

Now, on his exclusive guest shift at The Writers Bar, Pius will present a bespoke cocktail menu showcasing sophisticated indigenous flavours. From the intense aroma of 'Kecombrang', a mixture of Sir Edmond Gin sous vide lemongrass, Triple sec, Kecombrang Syrup, fresh lemon juice, Kaffir lime leaf, and Lychee fruit, to the unique taste of 'Sirih’, a blend of Sir Edmond Gin sous vide betel and areca nuts, Cinzano Bianco, and the intriguing richness of 'Pala', a combination of Sir Edmond Gin sous vide nutmeg, nutmeg syrup, fresh lemon juice, and carbonated nutmeg kombucha.
