“Batalin di Senayan”, Ramadan at Artotel Gelora Senayan

Lidah Lokal Senayan offers a unique and special iftar package called Batalin di Senayan, in collaboration with Indonesia’s legendary chef, Sisca Soewitomo. With the tagline “How about it, is it easy to make?”, Sisca is a culinary expert whose career in Indonesia's culinary scene has been well established since 1997.

This collaboration brings several special dishes from Sisca Soewitomo’s recipes, including:

Five types of nasi pincukan (traditional rice dishes) that will be served directly during iftar, consisting of: Mangut Pari (smoked stingray), Nasi Gurih (savory rice), Terik Iga (beef ribs), Tumis Jantung Pisang (stir-fried banana blossom), Cumi Isi Tahu Gulai Kecombrang (stuffed squid with tofu in turmeric sauce), Ikan Peda Tumis Pete (spicy fish with fermented shrimp paste), and Rujak Buah (fruit salad with chili and sugar).

For Jajanan Pasar (traditional Indonesian snacks), four types will be served daily and rotated with various options, including: Lemper (glutinous rice with meat), Risoles Rougut (fried pastry), Talam Ubi (sweet potato cake), Kue Lapis (layered cake), Wajik (sticky rice cake), Kue Mangkok (steamed cake), and others.
For hampers, the collaboration includes three types of dishes: Dendeng Batokok (fried beef), Rendang (spicy beef stew), and Terik Daging (beef stew).
