Chef Ferdian Tobing brings over 20+ years of culinary expertise to Sheraton Grand Jakarta. His impressive career includes key positions in renowned hotels and restaurants, where he has honed his skills in Western and Italian culinary techniques while maintaining a deep love and appreciation for Indonesian cuisine and its rich history. 

Previously, Chef Ferdian served as the Executive Chef at The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta, where he successfully introduced Nusantara cuisine during his culinary journey across Indonesia. His ability to blend traditional Indonesian flavors with modern techniques has made him a beloved figure among guests and a respected leader in the kitchen. 

A Vision for Culinary Excellence at Sheraton Grand Jakarta 

As the new Executive Chef at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel, Ferdian Tobing will oversee all culinary operations, including Anigré Restaurant, banquet services, in-room dining, the lounge, and the Sheraton Club lounge. His mission is to bring the taste of Indonesia to the next level, offering guests an authentic and elevated dining experience. Anigré Restaurant, operating daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, caters to 200 guests per session, while the banquet services can accommodate up to 3,000 guests, ensuring a grand culinary experience for all.
