This initiative bridges the world of five-star hospitality and cultural preservation, offering museum teams practical training in deep cleaning, high-touch service, and sustainable preservation techniques. Through this knowledge exchange, Raffles Jakarta empowers museum professionals to care for their institutions with the same meticulous attention to detail and presentation that defines luxury hospitality.

For this year’s edition, Raffles Jakarta collaborated with Museum Tekstil Jakarta, a historic institution dedicated to preserving Indonesia’s textile traditions. The visit coincided with Hari Batik Nasional (National Batik Day) in October, celebrating Batik as a UNESCO-recognised cultural treasure. The collaboration honors Batik as a living legacy, while underscoring the importance of safeguarding both tangible and intangible heritage for future generations.
