Running from 20 October to 31 December 2026, Silk Road Culinary Experience brings together three chefs, each with a distinctive character, creative vision, and culinary approach: Chef Rinrin Marinka, Chef Blake Thornley, and Chef Yvonne Yuen.
Each chef will present a personal interpretation of the Silk Road’s rich culinary heritage, combining cross-cultural inspiration, ingredient exploration, and cooking techniques in a specially curated series of dishes designed exclusively for this experience.
Through the creativity of these three chefs, culinary traditions that have evolved over centuries will be reimagined through contemporary creations, offering distinctive flavors and stories throughout each phase of the collaboration.
Chef Rinrin Marinka | 20 October – 8 November 2026
Kicking off the culinary journey, Chef Rinrin Marinka will present her creative interpretation of the Silk Road’s rich flavors. With her distinctive culinary approach, Chef Marinka invites guests to discover a harmonious blend of traditional influences and modern touches in an exploratory dining experience.
Chef Blake Thornley | 9–29 November 2026
The journey continues with Chef Blake Thornley, who will introduce a different culinary perspective through his exploration of flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques. His interpretation forms part of a celebration of the cultural diversity that has long defined the Silk Road.
Chef Yvonne Yuen | 30 November – 20 December 2026
As the year draws to a close, Chef Yvonne Yuen will continue the gastronomic journey with culinary creations that reflect her distinctive character and creativity. Drawing inspiration from diverse cultures, Chef Yvonne will present a dining experience that complements the Silk Road Culinary Experience series.

Silk Road Culinary Experience is available at Altitude Grill, featuring a three-course lunch set menu starting from IDR 450,000++ per person and a five-course dinner set menu starting from IDR 950,000++ per person.
