Steering this new direction is Lucas David Curcio Pérez, Head of Operations, F&B, and Culinary. With over 15 years of international experience across Argentina, Colombia, Spain, the United States, and Indonesia, Lucas brings a globally inspired, forward-thinking approach. His leadership emphasizes food as a medium of storytelling—delivering refined, heartfelt experiences that resonate with purpose and place.
Joining him at the helm is Chef Muhammad Maliki, the hotel’s newly appointed Executive Chef. A cornerstone of the Raffles Jakarta team since its opening in 2014, Chef Maliki’s promotion as the first Indonesian to hold this role is a proud milestone.
