Raffles Jakarta Appoints Putra Yadnya as Director Commercial Strategy

We are proud to share a story of the development culture at Raffles Jakarta through the career journey of Putra Yadnya, Director of Commercial Strategy.  Putra’s journey began as a Reservations Agent at The Kuta Beach Heritage in February 2014.  He has since built his career across the Accor portfolio, rising steadily through every discipline of revenue management, from Revenue Analyst to Assistant Revenue Manager, Revenue Manager, and Cluster Revenue Manager, before taking on broader responsibilities at Fairmont Sanur Beach Bali and subsequently at Royal Saray Resort in Bahrain, ahead of its rebranding as Fairmont Bahrain. 

Since joining Ra les Jakarta in November 2022 as Director of Revenue, Putra has played a key role in shaping the hotel’s commercial performance. He has demonstrated exceptional commercial leadership, refining our market mix, consistently surpassing top-line targets, and delivering consistent ADR growth in line with market leadership, contributing meaningfully to the hotel’s overall performance. After more than three years of continuous development at Ra les Jakarta, and a career shaped within the Accor portfolio, Putra’s journey reflects the strength of internal growth across both the brand and the group. His dedication to the property, its people, and its commercial ambitions has made this appointment a natural and well-earned progression. Bringing a wealth of experience across Indonesia and international markets, Putra combines a global perspective with a deep understanding of local dynamics. His strong analytical acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to translate insight into results have been instrumental in driving performance and shaping our commercial direction.  

Together with our solid and highly engaged Sales and Marketing team, Putra will continue to strive to deliver their very best for Jakarta and the diverse markets we are privileged to serve, strengthening our presence across Indonesia and key international markets. In his new role, Putra will continue to lead with clarity and purpose, guiding our commercial strategy as we enter the next chapter of growth.
