In a world where achieving equality remains a challenge, the urgent call for women's empowerment resounds louder than ever. During International Women’s Day on 8 March 2024, and to embrace the spirit of Kartini Day this month, JHL Collection launched the Limitless Women of JHL campaign that proudly recognizes the invaluable contributions of remarkable women within its ranks. This campaign is one of JHL Collection's focused activations to embrace the principles of LIGHT Management – which stand for: Limitless, Integrity, Growth, Helpful, Thinking Outside the Box.
Among the remarkable women are Maria Kaseger, a skilled bartender and restaurant manager at Herloom BSD Serviced Residence; Luh Ari Partiasih, from the Engineering Department at Episode Kuta Bali; Lulu Selviani, a security officer at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong; Intan Nuraeni, an off-roader at JSI Resort Megamendung; and Megawati, a Director of PT.
