Previously, Chef Ferdian served as the Executive Chef at The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta, where he successfully introduced Nusantara cuisine during his culinary journey across Indonesia. His mission is to bring the taste of Indonesia to the next level, offering guests an authentic and elevated dining experience. Anigré Restaurant, operating daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, caters to 200 guests per session, while the banquet services can accommodate up to 3,000 guests, ensuring a grand culinary experience for all.
