The Langham, Jakarta is renowned for its remarkable world-class restaurants including Toms by Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens, the elegant French bistro and Tea House ALICE, the refined Cantonese restaurant T’ang Court, Morimoto by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, and the Artesian inspired by the World’s Best Bar at The Langham, London. Chef Jeremy will build on this legacy, working to strengthen its position as a premier dining destination in Jakarta.
Born and raised in the South of France, Chef Jeremy’s love for cooking blossomed early, inspired by the rich culinary heritage of his homeland. After graduating from The Culinary School of Marseille, he swiftly made his mark in some of the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants globally, including the legendary Waterside Inn by Chef Alain Roux in England and Restaurant Daniel by Chef Daniel Boulud in New York.
At the age of just 25, Chef Jeremy became the youngest Chef de Cuisine at the in Dubai before joining a luxury hotel at the Burj Khalifa Tower, a landmark achievement that solidified his place among the culinary elite. Adding to his remarkable accolades, Chef Jeremy was recently recognized as a Maître Cuisinier de France (Master Chef of France) in 2024, a distinction that underscores his commitment to culinary mastery and his outstanding global reputation. Over the years, his illustrious journey has taken him a wealth of experience from award-winning restaurants in Dubai, Hanoi, Bangkok, and Shanghai before making his way to Jakarta.
As he steps into his new role at The Langham, Jakarta, Chef Jeremy is eager to infuse the hotel’s dining experiences with his signature style—an exquisite balance of global inspiration and a profound appreciation for local flavours. “I am honoured to join The Langham, Jakarta and contribute to its reputation as the city’s top dining destination.
