From 25 June 2026, Hotel Tentrem Jakarta entrusts its next chapter to Andi Bagistav Oddek, appointed General Manager, a moment that signals both fresh ambition for the property and the logical destination of a career shaped by genuine purpose.
Andi carries with him nearly twenty years of experience drawn from across the full landscape of hospitality, from the exacting world of commercial strategy to the daily, unglamorous work that keeps a great hotel true to itself. His tenure as General Manager within the Marriott portfolio sharpened an already mature perspective on what it takes not merely to run a hotel well, but to build one that lasts.
He has never been a stranger to complexity. Across environments that demanded both clear thinking and careful judgment, Andi has shown a consistent ability to hold the analytical and the human in equal measure, knowing when numbers tell the story, and when people do. Beyond the profession, the same instincts surface elsewhere.
