Omega Hotel Management (OHM) is officially partnering with CV Tujuh Akar Wangi to manage Ramela Senopati, a new Indonesian restaurant set to open in the trendy Senopati area, South Jakarta.
The signing ceremony took place at Alfa Tower, Tangerang, with leaders from both companies in attendance. The agreement was signed by Daniel Sulaiman, COO of OHM, and Ade Herlandie, Director of CV Tujuh Akar Wangi.

Scheduled to open in early July 2025, Ramela Senopati will bring a modern twist to authentic Indonesian flavors with its “Cultural Taste of Indonesia” concept—offering a premium dining experience in a stylish and elegant setting.
This new outlet will be the fourth Ramela restaurant, following the success of its locations at Cordela Hotel Senen, Grand Cordela Kuningan, and Grand Cordela Bandung. What’s exciting is that Ramela Senopati will be the first standalone location, not attached to a hotel, marking a big step for OHM in expanding into independent dining experiences.

“We’re excited to bring Ramela outside the hotel environment for the first time, especially in Senopati, a hotspot for food lovers,” said Daniel Sulaiman. “Our collaboration with CV Tujuh Akar Wangi ensures we stay true to the high standards and unique taste that define the Ramela brand.”
Ade Herlandie added, “We believe Ramela Senopati will become a proud representation of Indonesian culinary culture—not just in flavor, but also in the values and heritage it showcases.”
Located in the heart of South Jakarta’s lifestyle district, Ramela Senopati is expected to become a new go-to spot for local and international foodies looking for a premium Indonesian dining experience.
