Leading the lineup is the Sizzling Cheese Plate, the latest star of Markette’s evolving menu. Alongside beloved classics, guests can discover fresh creations made for indulgence — perfect for the palate, the camera, and every craving in between.
The spotlight shines brightest on the Cajun Chicken Cheese, featuring tender roasted chicken rubbed with mildly spicy Cajun seasoning, served tableside and crowned with luxuriously stretchy mozzarella. Each bite delivers a perfect harmony of savory heat and gooey cheese — an irresistible combination meant to be shared.

For truffle lovers, the Creamy Truffle Chicken brings together golden, parmesan-crusted chicken with a decadent truffle cream sauce, filling the air with its unmistakable aroma — a comforting and elegant indulgence.
Two Markette signatures also return with a sizzling twist: the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken, brined and coated in golden panko-parmesan crumbs with truffle mushroom cream and bubbling mozzarella; and the Roasted Chicken, Markette’s signature brined roast now served with its special sauce and sizzling mozzarella.
