ART JAKARTA 2024: Championing the Energy and Dynamism of Visual Art

Art Jakarta 2024 is gearing up to enthrall art aficionados and collectors as it makes its return to JIEXPO Kemayoran in Jakarta from October 4 to 6, 2024. This vibrant metropolis, known for its rich artistic legacy, will host an impressive assembly of 73 distinguished galleries from Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and beyond, offering a curated selection of remarkable art collections that promise to elevate the visitor experience.

“We are thrilled to welcome back such an enthusiastic array of participants, which underscores the trust and confidence exhibitors place in Art Jakarta,” said Enin Supriyanto, Artistic Director. “The growing number of partners is a testament to our commitment to pushing the boundaries of artistic expression. This year’s expanded space at JIEXPO Kemayoran, now encompassing three halls, reflects our aim to enhance the audience experience with a more comfortable and engaging exhibition environment.”

UOB Indonesia, renowned for its dedication to the arts through the UOB Painting of the Year competition, will feature works from 12 Indonesian and four international Southeast Asian artists, all previous winners, at the UOB Art Space during the fair.

This interactive installation reflects the concept that wealth, symbolized by gold, holds the potential to benefit society and the environment. It encourages viewers to consider how even small acts of kindness can create significant ripple effects.
