In collaboration with the esteemed LeNovelle Cake, the hotel presents an awe-inspiring cake art installation—an architectural masterpiece that pays homage to the grandeur of the classical Islamic design.
Stepping into the main lobby, guests will be greeted by a grand mosque installation—an exquisite tribute to architectural splendour and spiritual harmony. Inspired by the iconic Blue Mosque in Istanbul, this remarkable installation stands at an impressive 5 meters tall and wide, a true testament to the fusion of creativity and devotion.
Carefully handcrafted and covered by total of 708 kg of fondant, the structure mirrors the elegance of traditional craftsmanship, showcasing delicate arabesques, harmonious symmetry, and intricate calligraphic motifs that evoke a sense of reverence and wonder. Beyond its striking presence, this masterpiece is the result of 7,200 hours of dedication from 15 highly skilled decorators, each contributing their expertise to bring this vision to life. Every dome, arch, and ornamental detail has been meticulously sculpted, reflecting the commitment to excellence that defines The Langham, Jakarta.
