Italian Affair: Savour a Soulful Six-Hands Dinner at Alto, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta

As part of its Italian Affair culinary series, Alto Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is hosting a special collaboration dinner with three famous Italian chefs. The penthouse restaurant is happy to welcome Michelin-starred Chef Alessandro Bellingeri from Osteria Acquarol in Italy for an exclusive six-hands dining experience on May 17 and 18.

Chef Alessandro is teaming up with the hotel’s own talented Italian duo, Executive Chef Marco Violano and Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito, to present a selection of delicious dishes from north to south Italy. Guests will get to taste specialties from Osteria Acquarol, like Carbonara di Lago and the beloved dessert Nocciola.

“I’m thrilled to have Chef Alessandro with us at Alto. We’ve been friends for over 20 years since our time working together at Four Seasons Hotel London, so this collaboration means a lot,” shares Chef Marco. “We can’t wait to take our guests on a journey through Italy that will not only delight their taste buds but also touch their hearts.”

The culinary experience will be enhanced with wine pairings from Barbanera, an award-winning winery in Italy. Special guest Agnese Barbanera will introduce selected wines from the family-run estate, chosen to complement each dish perfectly.
