The showcase will take place on 29 – 30 June 2024 starting 10 am until 9 pm at The Garden Ballroom, featuring a carefully-curated selection of over 25 wedding vendors and enticing packages to assist brides and grooms to-be in crafting their most cherished celebration.

Expanding further into weddings, the hotel launches a new, thoughtfully-created vegan and plant-based menu as selections for buffet or snacks. These dishes not only tantalize the taste buds but also contribute in minimizing food waste and carbon footprint. A standout from the menu, Stir-fried Homemade Turnip Cake with Beansprout, sets an example of the creativity and dedication shown by the hotel’s Culinary team. Turnip peels, which are typically discarded, are instead dried and crushed into fine powders to be reproduced into chewy cakes with delectable flavors. The hotel also collaborates with Scholars of Sustenance (SOS), a non-profit food rescue foundation that assists in collecting excess foods from the hotel and distributing them to communities in need, further reinforcing the sustainability efforts.
