To commemorate the restaurant's exquisite 50-year legacy, Kahyangan unites with Hida Hagiwara Wagyu to present Indonesia’s first-ever Hida Beef. This rare and extraordinary dining journey pays homage to the restaurant's rich legacy and dedication to excellence, as well as innovation.

Two exclusive packages featuring the exceptional quality of Hida Hagiwara Wagyu are available for patrons to feast on. As one of Japan's rarest and most esteemed Wagyu, this type is renowned for its careful breeding, rich heritage, and unmatched quality standards. 

Merely eight cattle exclusively produced for Indonesia each year.

The Hida Hagiwara Wagyu takes centre stage with its delicate umami notes and superior depth of flavour alongside the restaurant's signature homemade Ponzu Sauce. Patrons at Kahyangan can opt for the Shabu Shabu Package worth Rp 1,788,000++ for two people (only available during lunch service) or the Teppanyaki Package at Rp 3.9 million++ for two.

Raised in Gifu Prefecture under strict standards, this halal-certified Wagyu represents the highest quality in Japanese beef, with limited production that ensures only the most exceptional cuts reach the table.
