Perched high above Jakarta with sweeping sunset views of the Senayan golf course, The Crown Terrace offers a refined yet relaxed setting where guests can unwind over artisanal drinks and elevated bar bites. Perfect for after-work gatherings, weekend indulgence, or memorable celebrations, the space blends convivial energy with the sophistication of The Crown.

It blends the culinary artistry and precision of The Crown by Kirk Westaway with the inviting charm of an open-air setting, offering guests a fresh and relaxed way to experience our renowned hospitality. Whether for sunset drinks, weekend gatherings, or special celebrations, The Crown Terrace is designed to create moments that linger long after the evening ends,” said Carlos Monterde, General Manager of Fairmont Jakarta.

 

The menu takes inspiration from timeless bar favourites, reimagined through The Crown’s commitment to premium ingredients and precise execution. Highlights include the indulgent Crown Burger with USDA Prime Chuck and Comté cheese, the flavorful Crown Chicken with Mahkota Sambal, and the nostalgic Fish Finger Sandwich, a personal nod from Head Chef Asa Sibcy to his childhood comfort food. For dessert, the playful Pisang Goreng with salted caramel sauce offers a sweet, elevated twist on a local classic.

 

 

“I was involved from the very first spark of the idea through to perfecting each recipe,” shared Chef Asa. “It has been a collaborative journey of trials and refinements, ensuring the Terrace menu stays true to The Crown’s identity while presenting a more casual, approachable experience.”

 

Complementing the food, the drinks list presents The Curious Chronicles of Winston the Sheep, a whimsical British-inspired cocktail collection crafted by internationally renowned mixologist Marek Vojcarcik. Standouts include the saffron-kissed Golden Thread, the floral Whispers in Lavender, Royal Lime Conspiracy Gimlet, Floral Bloom, and the bold Ghost in the Roast. The offering is rounded out with premium beers, artisanal coffee and tea, and a variety of refreshing soft drinks—all perfectly attuned to the Terrace’s breezy ambiance.

 

 

Designed to accommodate 40 to 50 guests, the semi-open space features a mix of dining tables and lounge seating, creating an atmosphere equally suited for a relaxed meal or a long evening over cocktails. Open daily from 6 p.m. until late, it’s ideally timed to capture Jakarta’s golden hour. Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations are recommended on weekends and event nights.

 

For private occasions, The Crown Terrace is also available for exclusive hire, providing a distinctive open-air backdrop for intimate gatherings or bespoke corporate events—delivered with The Crown’s signature culinary finesse and impeccable service.
