At the helm of this exciting new concept is Chef Ivan Vasilev, recently appointed Executive Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. With over 13 years of international culinary experience across Europe and Asia, Chef Ivan brings authentic Italian craftsmanship paired with contemporary techniques. A graduate of the Angelo Vegni Institute in Tuscany, his culinary philosophy blends tradition with innovation, allowing every dish to tell a story of heritage and passion.

The menu at Club Italiano pays tribute to Italy’s rich culinary soul, showcasing timeless favourites such as Ravioli di Ricotta and Penne all’Arrabbiata, alongside inventive creations that honour tradition while embracing bold, modern flavours.
