To celebrate its arrival at Plaza Indonesia, Bakerman launches the New Croissant Collection, featuring the exclusive Plaza Indonesia Series across sweet, savory, and cake categories. Leading the collection is the Croissant Salt Bread, a standout creation that blends the buttery layers of a traditional croissant with the soft, savory character of salt bread.

 

Complementing this hero pastry is a curated array of sweet indulgences, including Orange Custard, Choc Croissant & Butter Pudding, Honey Butter Croissant, Christmas Croissant, and Lychee Rose Raspberries—each crafted to deliver an elegant yet comforting experience. For savory enthusiasts, the distinctive Bagel–Salt Bread takes center stage. Dessert lovers can also enjoy two decadent additions: the rich Basque Cheese Cake and the smooth Flourless Cake, perfect for elevating any moment of the day.

 

True to its roots, Bakerman Plaza Indonesia continues to offer its beloved best-sellers such as the Croissant Egg Tart, Almond Croissant, and Croffle, timeless favorites that remain in constant demand.

 

 

Beyond pastries, the new outlet serves an expanded selection of savory signature dishes ideal for a more satisfying dining experience. Highlights include the bold and comforting Lamb Shank Tongseng, inspired by Indonesian flavors; the indulgent Truffle Wagyu Beef; and the hearty Tagliatelle Oxtail Ragout, offering guests delicious options from morning to evening.

 

Completing the experience is the introduction of Bakerman’s Mont Blanc Coffee, a refreshing blend of smooth cold brew and aromatic homemade Earl Grey syrup, crafted with premium tea for a rich bergamot character. Topped with soft cold foam and enhanced with fresh orange zest, it delivers a balanced bitter–sweet profile.
