ARYADUTA Hotels Group proudly announces the addition of two distinguished culinary leaders who will play pivotal roles in elevating the brand’s food and beverage experience across Indonesia.
Deni Kusnandar has been appointed Group Director of Culinary and Hygiene, bringing extensive global experience from senior culinary positions in Indonesia, Vietnam, Ireland, Miami, and Cyprus. Renowned for his expertise in food safety, operational excellence, and innovative menu development, Pak Deni will oversee the refinement of ARYADUTA’s culinary standards and lead the creation of signature dishes across all properties.

ARYADUTA also extends a warm welcome to Chef Dhan Singh, joining as Indian Chef, specializing in Northern Indian cuisine. With a background in luxury hotels throughout India and Indochina and experience serving VIP delegations and embassy officials, he brings deep authenticity and vibrant flavors that will broaden and enrich ARYADUTA’s culinary offerings.
