Introducing a New Art & Lifestyle Destination in Bekasi
The Second Hotel Collaboration by Kawan Lama Group, Sinar Mas Land, and Artotel Group
ARTOTEL Living World Grand Wisata Bekasi, a modern art and lifestyle inspired hotel located in East Bekasi, officially opened on Friday, 6 February 2026. This marks the second hotel collaboration between Kawan Lama Group, Sinar Mas Land, and Artotel Group. The opening was inaugurated through a memorabilia signing ceremony attended by the management teams of all three companies.
Directly integrated with Living World Grand Wisata Mall, the hotel is situated within the Grand Wisata Bekasi area and is envisioned as a new lifestyle destination that seamlessly blends art, comfort, and accessibility.
Theresia Setiadjaja, Director of Mall Operation at Kawan Lama Group, stated that “ARTOTEL Living World Grand Wisata Bekasi is designed to support the vision and development of PT Sahabat Duta Wisata, a joint venture between Kawan Lama Group and Sinar Mas Land, in creating an integrated shopping, entertainment, and lifestyle destination. Managed by Artotel Group, this boutique hotel is directly connected to the mall via ground floor access, allowing guests to shop, dine, enjoy entertainment, and relax without changing locations. Rising 13 floors, ARTOTEL Living World Grand Wisata Bekasi features 216 artistically designed rooms across three categories: Studio 24, Studio 36, and Studio 50, catering to both business travelers and leisure guests in Bekasi and surrounding areas. The hotel is also equipped with lifestyle facilities including CLOVEN All Day Dining, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.
Adding to its uniqueness is ARTSPACE, Bekasi’s first art gallery integrated within a hotel and shopping mall. Serving as a platform for artistic appreciation and creative interaction, ARTSPACE reinforces the hotel’s strong commitment to art and culture.

As part of the integrated destination development in Grand Wisata Bekasi, the hotel is also designed to support Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). Facilities include a Grand Ballroom accommodating up to 700 guests and seven meeting rooms with a total capacity of up to 350 people. These facilities further strengthen the hotel’s role as a modern lifestyle boutique hotel that supports both business events and social gatherings in East Bekasi.
