
On Thursday, 30 April, Chef Benjamin Cross (Brett Hospitality Group) is bringing his acclaimed MASONRY philosophy to Salty Fish Jakarta. Known as the gold standard for Mediterranean-inspired, hand-crafted dining in Canggu and Uluwatu, Ben is staging a full kitchen takeover to debut the "Greatest Hits" of the MASONRY menu.
The evening features a high-low fusion of craft and comfort, headlined by the iconic McMasonry Wagyu Beef Burger.
The menu also includes:
Hummus with Clau Dough bread and crispy chili butter.
House-made Wagyu Pastrami with Guindilla pickles.
Tuna Crudo served with mini hash browns and dill.
Brioche Pudding with Calvados cream for a decadent finish.

Set against the industrial, high-energy backdrop of Salty Fish in the Sol Collective Space, the food will be paired with a punchy cocktail program (including the Ultra Violence and Gomashio tequila-based creations).
