The credit can be redeemed at C’s Steak and Seafood for Italian delights or at Poolside Restaurant for comfort food overlooking the salt-chlorinated pool. For those seeking a local culinary adventure, Grand Café is collaborating with Lily Admordirdjo, the culinary expert behind notable fine-dining restaurants across Indonesia such as Kembang Goela, Meradelima, and Bunga Rampai. The Dutch-Chinese restaurateur has dedicated decades to promoting Indonesian cuisine, including at the Indonesia Night during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, for five consecutive years.
Guests are welcome to try Lily’s signature recipes at Grand Café’s Nusantara Gastronomy promotion, which runs until December 2024. Some of her specialities served during the lunch and dinner buffets include soto ambengan, rawon, ulekan-style dishes such as gado-gado and rujak, alongside a variety of curated jajanan pasar.
