CULINARY JOURNEY AT COPA
COPA offers the vibrant and diverse flavors of Latin America, centered around the primal and aromatic experience of charcoal grilling. Diners should expect new flavors where Latin hospitality and local sourcing meets true authenticity, with open charcoal grills and live-fire cooking in an ambience of art, music and design inspired by the cultures of Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru and the Caribbean.
Highlights include Ceviche Mixto, with barramundi, prawns, crispy calamari, avocado, snow corn and ricotta tiger milk, and Argentinian Open Grill, featuring prime beef selections.
COPA flaunts a cutting-edge Latin-inspired design, complete with a walk-through kitchen that invites guests to explore the magic behind the scenes. European touches-like marble tabletops, handmade green tile wainscoting, stained glass panels, statement lighting, and plush upholstered banquettes – add a sophisticated edge. For intimate gatherings, a private room features its own pantry creating the perfect setting for a bespoke dining experience.
The connected rooftop patio serves as an extension of the restaurant for outdoor dining or al fresco events and functions, set in a garden setting with oversized planters and topiary that give a storybook ambience inspired by classical European gardens. The Taco Bar features Latin flavors including Asada, Taco Pescador, Tacos de Pollo, Al Pastor and Gringas.
