The hotel presents a bountiful feast with a sumptuous all-you-can-eat spread and invites guests to a joyous Lunar New Year’s dining experience on January 28 and 29, 2025, at Together & Co.

Immerse in the festivity by tossing the iconic Yee Sang together with loved ones. This colorful dish, made with fresh salmon, shredded vegetables, crackers, and sauces, symbolizes renewal and good fortune. Continue with a special Chinese cold cut combination, featuring delicacies such as jelly fish, century egg, smoked beef, and smoked chicken. Seafood lovers will enjoy the fresh seafood platter, which includes half-shell scallops, green mussels, bamboo clams, shrimp, and squid.

Expect delectable main courses, including braised beef treasure with daikon and mushroom, steamed grouper with superior soy sauce, lo han cai, hokkien fried rice, and more. Over at the stalls, the chef will serve Peking duck with its succulent meat and crispy skin, Hong Kong roast chicken, assorted dim sum, flavorful lontong cap go meh, and homemade lamian noodles. Add some warmth with Cantonese-style fish lip and seafood soup, and savor the fresh tastes of fruit and prawn salad. Finish the meal with sweet desserts, from white snow fungus soup and sweet red bean soup to guilinggao pudding, egg custard tartlet, and many more.

The celebration continues through February 15, 2025, with a special Cap Go Meh buffet at Together & Co. Offering a variety of delicious oriental dishes, the dinner session will be complemented with a lion dance performance, priced at IDR 288,000++ per person – closing the festivities on a high note.
