Mr. Byang's career in hospitality spans over 27 years, marked by consistent achievements and advancements. In 2015, he was appointed General Manager of Sheraton Hotels Bandung & Tower and by 2016 he was appointed as General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Bali Seminyak, before becoming General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Bali Ungasan in 2019.
Throughout his career, Mr. Byang has consistently focused on exceeding guest expectations, fostering a positive and productive work environment for his team, and achieving significant financial results. He is known for his collaborative approach, dedication to continuous improvement, and passion for the hospitality industry.
