Le Meridien Jakarta is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Suryadi as its new General Manager. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Jennifer began her remarkable career as a Guest Service Agent (GSA) at Sheraton Laguna Bali, where her exceptional skills and dedication quickly led to opportunities in sales. She has since held pivotal sales positions at several prestigious properties, including Radisson Bali Hotel & Suites, Bali Hyatt, and Hard Rock Hotel Bali.

Her journey as a General Manager began at FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach, paving the way for subsequent leadership roles at Ramada Bali Sunset Road, Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali, and Bali Safari & Marine Park. In 2022, Jennifer joined Marriott International as General Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Makassar, where she successfully managed 343 rooms.

Now leading Le Meridien Jakarta, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s 318 rooms and a variety of renowned dining establishments. These include All Day Dining La Brasserie, Japanese restaurant NO NA MA, Indian restaurant Handi, the well-known Middle Eastern restaurant Al Nafoura, and La Boutique Gourmande.

Jennifer’s vast experience and proven track record in managing high-profile hotels will undoubtedly contribute to enhancing the guest experience and operational excellence at Le Meridien Jakarta.
