Led by Executive Chef Eric Kusnadi, this time, the culinary team highlights the five most popular dishes which are the most sought dishes for the a la carte menu and room service menu. "We want to focus on these five food dishes that have existed since the opening until now to our esteemed guests. Besides, we still serve these dishes consistently, and we want to showcase that these dishes taste so good and they are timeless," explained Eric.

The first is Sultan Sirloin Steak. The star of this dish is the tender sirloin steak which is poured with the signature butter sauce consisting of garlic, curry, chopped parsley, anchovy, sauteed mushroom, and a dash of cream, all served with rice. Don't get pessimistic yet, it turns out the sauce is very buttery and herbaceous and you will crave for more, even a mouthful of rice goes well with the sauce.

Next in the large bowl is the hearty Sop Buntut Sultan consisting of chunks of oxtail that are slowly simmered in a rich broth, which is usually enriched with tomatoes, potatoes, diced carrots, and various spices. Don't forget to squeeze the lime to add extra tanginess to the palate. It's everybody's favorite dish that can be savored at any time of day.

Nasi Goreng Kampung is another dish worth a try. The wholeheartedly traditional fried rice is made from a mix of fried shrimp paste, hence the reddish color of the rice. On the side, you'll find traditional fried chicken, a grilled prawn, and an Indonesian-style omelette to enhance both the fragrant aroma and the flavor of the dish.
