There are many culinary programs, which invite visitors to Plaza Indonesia not only to try delicious food but also to try a complete culinary experience from appetizers to desserts, and the creative stories behind them. In the second year of holding Savor The Flavor, Plaza Indonesia presents many international chefs and Indonesian chefs who won many prestigious awards. They are brought in to create special menu dishes that will be only available at Plaza Indonesia.

Throughout November, culinary lovers at Plaza Indonesia will be pampered with exclusive dishes from various countries created by culinary experts curated by Museum Boga and led by Adrian Hauenstein as Executive Chef of Grand Hyatt Jakarta, who will present a different special menu every month at La Moda level 1.

Apart from these chefs, there is also chef Hironori Sato from Japan who is named Chef of Michelin 1 Star Restaurant Meli Melo Sapporo, who presents his exclusive menu creations at Bistro Baron which can be enjoyed throughout the month of November, also in the private dining program which was held on November 4 and 5, and dessert masterclass which will be held on Wednesday, November 8 2023 at La Moda.

The rise of the Korean drama trend has inspired Plaza Indonesia to also present Korean Korean menus, namely the Korean Royal Court Cuisine set menu, which is presented authentically by culinary brands from South Korea, namely K-Foodpioneer and Park&Park:

Curation of various kinds of culinary delights will be held from 30 November to 2 December 2023 at the Plaza Indonesia function hall level 2. The I Love Food Bazaar also presents works of art, talk shows, and culinary workshops. Initiated by Dahlia Sardjono and Moskwita Darmawan as founders and partners, presented by World Fashionpreneur Connect (WFC).
