Work From Home scheme

Most companies have issued work-from-home (WFH) to take place for security purposes. On 29th August 2025, the Head of the Jakarta Province Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Office, Syaripudin, issued a Circular Letter regarding an appeal to companies and workers near urban business centres in Jakarta to WFH.

The circular detailed that for companies or workplaces whose nature and type of work are conducted continuously (24 hours) or providing direct service to the public, a combination of WFH and WFO (work from office) can be applied.
