Four-Hands Dessert at Park Hyatt Jakarta: An Immersive Dessert Tasting Experience

The 9-course dessert degustation started with the prologue that took at Library. The first course was Onion, kemangi, cone and Apple "Malang", comte, Andaliman pepper that were paired with the welcome drink Pustaka.

The sweet tooth enthusiasts then were ushered to the Counter to experience the Interlude session whilst witnessing the culinary prowess shown by the two talented Pasty Chefs with their team behind the counter. The delightful Spent grain milk bread, and nori butter was served. As one of the signature dishes from August, it gave a kick of appetizing for what's to come. Corn-cheese tart paired with Kirana and then served on the counter, giving a subtle sweetness to the palate.

The next session, Epilogue was full of patisserie goodness. Yoghurt, pomelo, Marigold flower hinted at the sour notes that's refreshing, and then pineapple, coconut, and lemongrass transported you to the tropical paradise, black rice, soursop, pandan was a strange combination that worked really well interplaying the new obsession, and chocolate lovers were spoiled with Berau 70& dark chocolate, sorgum, and miso caramel that playfully gave a different texture of how perfectly dark chocolate dessert should be.

The next course was Klepon which embodied a thin but firm green sphere and easily bursted out with brown sugar flavour. As a closure and final dish, Peanut Gianduja that was paired with ceka smanten sitting pretty among on the bowl of peanuts was the next level of nutty and addictive.

Prepare to be enchanted as these pastry masters combine their expertise to craft an immersive dessert symphony. Each course celebrated the exquisite flavors and ingredients that Indonesia has to offer, ensuring an unforgettable culinary journey that tantalized tastebuds.
