To celebrate its second anniversary, T’ang Court will host a special collaboration featuring Executive Chef Tony Su from the Michelin-starred T’ang Court in Shanghai alongside the restaurant’s own Chinese Executive Chef, Chong Kooi Sam. The undeniable chemistry between these two chefs— both work in Shanghai—will shine through in a menu that beautifully blends Chef Tony's authentic Cantonese delicacies, rooted in his profound experience with traditional Chinese ingredients, and Chef Sam’s modern interpretations of Cantonese cuisine, influenced by his diverse culinary background .
The menu features a 6-Course Lunch Set available at IDR 1,988,000++ per person, as well as an 8-Course Set Menu for Dinner priced at IDR 2,888,000++ per person. Highlights include the irresistible Chilled Marinated Lobster in Teochew Style and Poached Star Grouper with Salted Lemon and Pickled Vegetables by Chef Tony, alongside Chef Sam’s Braised 5-Head Abalone with Sacha Sauce and Crispy Short Ribs with Truffle and Port Wine Sauce.
