Chef Marco Miglioli is a culinary maestro with over 17 years of experience. He embarked his journey by perfecting his skills by joining numerous well-known restaurants. Within years, his culinary brilliance earned him a prestigious Michelin Star in 2018 & 2019. His culinary masterpieces transcend the boundaries, presenting an exquisite blend of flavors and cultures on every plates, especially Mediterranean heritage.
Showcasing "Slice of Italy", Chef Marco will bring his Italian roots to the table and delivers the tales of his land and his passion through a fresh and refined culinary experience. Tasting the elevated Carpaccio di Manzo will be an exhilarating way to kick the start of a gastronomic exploration, carried on with the other Italian heritages, Ravioli del Plin and Chicken Selection alla Puttanesca, which transformed traditional dishes into a culinary art. He also reimagines the traditional tiramisu into Tiramisu Amalfi, for the a la carte menu, a delicate classic tiramisu crafted with modern twists. Special on the buffet, Chef Marco prepared Aubergine Parmigiana, Risotto Carbonara, Pizza Marinara, Spaghetti Amalfi Mare e Monti, and Grandmother Style Tiramisu.
The wholesome culinary experience will not stop there, Executive Chef Ridwan Rosyadi prepares unique international flavors and local favorites on buffet or á la carte which are Collage All Day Dining excellence such as the 72-hour Sous Vide New Zealand Short Ribs, a bucket of Seafood on Ice, Lamian and Teppanyaki with a live cooking concept. Special in the collaboration with Chef Marco, the Fusion Lasagna with Meat Rendang comes with a distinctive taste that will exceeds everyone’s expectations.
