Featuring a bar takeover by Yuya Nagamine from The SG Club at Henshin
Henshin presents the first bar takeover of the year with Behind The Bar Series: A Night in Tokyo, featuring Yuya Nagamine from The SG Club. Nagamine will be crafting his signature cocktail creations personally from the award-winning The SG Club, ranked #23 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024, exclusively at Henshin on Friday, 4 April 2025.
During the evening, Nagamine will present the cocktails selections, such as Paloma Del Mar which consists of Don Julio Plata, Kokuto Chira Umi, Kiwi and Kelp; Grape King Martini or Tanqueray No.TEN, Cashew, Fino and Moss; Golden Drop with Johnnie Walker Black Label, Golden Berry, Osmanthus, Chartreuse Yellow and Ginger; and last but not the least, Purple Potato Negroni with Ketel One, IMO, Beet, Strawberry, Cacao and Japanese Amaro. The cocktails are available for IDR 210,000++ each glass.
As the Beverage Director of SG Group, Yuya Nagamine oversees the quality and operations of The SG Club and seven other establishments in Japan and overseas. Born in Kagoshima prefecture in Japan, Nagamine started his bartender career in 2010 and gained experiences in Tokyo, then finally joined The SG Club as Head Bartender. Nowadays, Nagamine expands his horizons by showcasing his bartending skills as a guest bartender abroad.
